With more than 15 years of experience, PRO Sprinkler Systems understands that quality Irrigation Systems begins with a comprehensive plan for design and installation.  Due to varying water demands and supply, consideration must be given to the type of landscape to be watered; whether its flowerbeds, shrubs or lawns.  PRO Sprinkler Systems can also enhance the nighttime affect of your landscaping with Low Voltage Landscape Lighting. 

Their Service Department with (2) customer service representatives are available to schedule appointments and answer any questions, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am thru 4:30 pm. There is a service manager dedicated to supporting the (3) service technicians, all of which are gps enabled, equipped with all makes and models of irrigation equipment, factory trained and dedicated to prompt, courteous and reliable service.

Dominic DeSanto, proud Owner of PRO Sprinkler Systems, Inc.  has more than 15 years of experience installing and servicing Irrigation Systems.  His experience ranges from small residential homes to large complex commercial projects.  In these 15 years he has lived by one simple, yet profound, philosophy: “Provide a Good Job at a Fair Price”.  This has been instrumental in his success in building a trusted and well respected family owned and operated business that serves Westchester, Fairfield, Dutchess and Putnam counties. 

Installation Department – The installation team is made up of 11 people.  A customer service representative, Dominic DeSanto (estimator/design), 2 installation foremans and 8 installers.  Each crew is equipped with the latest materials made by the Hunter and Rainbird companies.  They pride themselves on installing the highest quality systems in a manner that is least disruptive to your existing landscape.  See Testimonials from some of their customers.

Service Department – The service team, inclusive of the customer service group, is dedicated to maintaining and preserving the performance and efficiency of your system.  The service technicians are available to evaluate your system and make any necessary repairs to ensure your irrigation system is performing at its optimum level.  The customer service group is available to schedule appointments and answer any and all of your questions. Since their fleet of mobile service technicians are GPS enabled, communication is immediate between the technicians and customer service, allowing for a higher quality of service.
